Dental Implant

Tooth loss can cause problems in aesthetics, chewing, jaw disorders and much more. Dental implants are modern dentistry’s solution to replace missing teeth in way that’s closest to nature, and restore your precious smile!

Dental implant replace lost “tooth roots” and is similarly anchored in the jawbone so it appears and functions very similar to actual tooth. Implant is a permanent method of replacing tooth, as it is firmly anchored in the bone.

An implant post is designed of high-grade titanium surface that integrates with the bone. Most importantly, an implant supported tooth replacement preserves the other natural teeth, as these don’t need to be ‘capped’ or ‘reduced’ in any way.

Dental implants can be used for
  • Replacing a single missing tooth
  • Supporting a dental bridge replacing more than one lost tooth
  • Supporting and stabilising a denture that’s removable
Anyone who has a missing tooth can opt for a replacement with an implant provided they have enough bone in the area of missing tooth to provide support for the implant

How an implant is placed?

We perform an in- depth examination of your oral condition, health status, and restorative requirements. X-rays, CT scans or models might be needed to further analyse a case. Implant placement is performed in the dental office under local anaesthesia. After placement, the implants are allowed to heal for 2-3 months after which a prosthesis is fabricated. During healing period temporary bridge may be provided to you. We also offer immediate implant in certain situations.
