 Oral Surgery
Oral surgery is indicated for extractions, removal of impacted tooth, biopsies or other procedures.
Tooth may be extracted for following reasons:
- Fractured or decayed tooth which is beyond restoration
- Additional tooth
- For orthodontic treatment
- When wisdom tooth become impacted
Many people have jawbones that are too small to accommodate the wisdom teeth which are the last ones to erupt in the oral cavity which may result in impacted tooth.
Impacted tooth can lead to vague pain or swelling in the surrounding region and/or difficulty in chewing or opening the mouth wide. Such an impacted wisdom tooth can cause recurring problems and usually needs removal.
In our office, we provide treatment under strictest sterilization protocol.
